Installation paths on irama
We at irama support three installation methods: Android APK download, iOS web app, and desktop web access. Android users download the APK file directly from our website. This file is signed and verified to ensure security. Once downloaded, you enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings (a one-time step), then tap the APK to install. The app appears on your home screen immediately after installation completes.
iOS users do not need to download an app file. Instead, open Safari or your preferred browser, navigate to irama.app, and add the site to your home screen. This creates a web app shortcut that behaves like a native app — it opens full-screen without the browser address bar. The experience is nearly identical to a native iOS app, with the same speed and access to all features. No App Store approval is required, so updates deploy instantly.
Desktop users access irama through any modern web browser on Windows, macOS, or Linux. The web interface is fully responsive and works on screens of any size. Many users prefer desktop for account management and larger betting slips, then switch to mobile for live-score checking during matches.

App versus browser experience
The native Android app and the iOS web app both offer advantages over desktop browsing. The app loads faster because it caches game data and market information locally. Push notifications alert you to live scores, bet results, and account activity without requiring you to open the app manually. The app interface is optimized for portrait orientation and touch gestures — swipe to navigate between sections, tap to place bets. Battery usage is efficient because the app does not run unnecessary background processes. On iOS, the web app behaves identically to a native app once added to your home screen — it opens full-screen and feels like a dedicated application.
The desktop web version offers a larger screen for detailed market analysis and multi-bet slip management. Some users prefer desktop for account settings, withdrawal requests, and identity verification uploads. The choice between app and browser depends on your usage pattern. Many users install the app for quick betting during matches and use desktop for account administration.
Device compatibility
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most devices released in the past five years meet this requirement. If your device runs an older version, you can still access irama through your mobile browser — the web version works on Android 5.0 and later. For iOS, we recommend iOS 12 or later for optimal performance. The web app works on iOS 11, but some features may load more slowly. If you are unsure of your device's OS version, check Settings → About Phone (Android) or Settings → General → About (iOS).
Common installation issues
On Android, the most common issue is the "Unknown Sources" setting. If you see an error when tapping the APK, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. This allows your device to install apps from sources other than the Google Play Store. After installation, you can disable this setting again if you prefer. Another issue is insufficient storage space — the app requires about 50 MB of free space. If installation fails, delete unused apps or files to free up space, then try again. On iOS, if the web app does not appear on your home screen after tapping "Add to Home Screen," try again using Safari instead of another browser — some browsers do not support this feature. If the app crashes on launch, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again.
Data, permissions, and account security
The irama app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, which is necessary for all transactions and live updates. On Android, the app may request permission to send notifications — this is optional, but we recommend enabling it so you receive alerts about bet settlements and account activity. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, or location. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Your login credentials are never stored on your device in plain text — they are encrypted and verified each time you log in. If you lose your device, log in to irama from another device and change your password immediately. Your account will be secured, and any pending transactions will be cancelled.
Keep your login credentials private
