Account and registration
No. We do not permit one person to maintain multiple accounts on irama. Each account is personal and non-transferable. If we detect that you are operating more than one account, we may suspend all accounts and forfeit any balance. Duplicate accounts are opened sometimes by accident (using a different email or username) — if this happens, contact our support team and we will help you consolidate. Duplicate accounts are also sometimes opened intentionally to exploit promotions or avoid account restrictions — we treat these as violations of our terms and may permanently close your account.
We at irama require two documents for account verification. First, a government-issued ID (passport, national identity card, or driver's licence) showing your name, date of birth, and ID number. Second, proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the past 3 months, showing your name and address. Your address must match the address you entered during registration. If your documents are unclear, out of date, or do not match your account details, verification will be delayed — resubmit clearer images or corrected information. Verification typically completes within one business day. During busy periods or public holidays like Idul Fitri or Imlek, processing may take longer.
Payments and transactions
irama does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment processor (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) may charge fees according to their own policies — check your payment provider's terms. We do not control or receive these fees. If your payment provider charges a fee, that fee is deducted from your transfer before it reaches irama. When you withdraw from irama, your payment provider may also charge a fee on the receiving end — again, we do not control this. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing or withdrawing if you want to know the full cost.
We support deposits at various levels to accommodate different users. Each payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) has its own minimum and maximum transfer limits. These limits are set by the payment provider, not by irama. During deposit, you will see the minimum and maximum for your chosen method.
